At Alpine Adventure Roof Tents, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to enjoy your adventures with complete peace of mind. That’s why we offer a 2-year warranty on all our roof tents, starting from the date of purchase.

Who is Covered?

This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase. Please note that it cannot be transferred if the tent is sold to a new owner.

What’s Covered?

Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects or workmanship issues that arise under normal use. If you experience any problems, we will thoroughly investigate the issue and replace any necessary parts free of charge.

What’s Not Covered?

• General wear and tear from regular use

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper installation​

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your tent has a defect covered by our warranty, simply get in touch with us. We’ll assess the issue and if eligible, provide the necessary replacements to get you back on the road as soon as possible.
